General condition

The shop www.hepcats.pl is an online retail store selling shoes and accesories.

The information on the store’s website does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code, it is only commercial information.

Orders in the online store can be placed 24 hours a day. Each order is equivalent to the acceptance of the conditions given in the product description and is understood as an offer to buy.

Product prices do not include shipping costs.

The seller undertakes to protect personal data in accordance with the Act of August 29, 1997.

The seller makes every effort to ensure that the products available on the store’s website coincide with the actual stock levels. However, if the order can not be fulfilled, the Seller undertakes to immediately notify the Buyer and return the payment of the received sum if the Buyer has already made such a payment.

Placing an order is equivalent to acceptance of Terms & Conditions.

Orders in the online store www.hepcats.pl can be submitted by completing the order form available on the store’s website.

In order to make a purchase, you need to provide exact contact details that are necessary to complete the order (name, surname, address, telephone number, e-mail address).

The buyer is obliged to provide correct and complete personal data.

The condition of the order is the correct completion of the order forms on the website.

The seller reserves the right not to carry out orders in certain cases:

– incorrect / incomplete completion of the order form

– no payment for the ordered goods

– failure to collect the parcel

execution of the contract

The order completion time is usually 2-3 business days. The order consists of the time of preparing the goods and delivering them to the courier company.

The Seller will inform the Buyer about each action taken related to the execution of the order.

Payment conditions

After 12 hours an unpaid order will be canceled.

In the case of orders paid for by a traditional transfer, the payment is expected to be recieved in 3 working days.

Regular transfer fees are covered by the Buyer.

Domestic shipping costs

The cost of courier shipment in Poland is PLN 16, the maximum package is 6 pairs of shoes. The ordered goods are sent to the address indicated in the form as the delivery address.
The cost of the parcel locker InPost in Poland is PLN 12, the maximum package is 4 pairs of shoes.

Warranty

The Seller considers complaints in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 23.04.1964 Civil Code. The Seller is responsible for the inconsistency of the consumer good with the contract in the event of its finding before the expiry of two years from the delivery of this good to the Buyer.

The Seller will respond in writing to each claim within 14 days from the date of receipt of the item in question.

Footwear is accepted for complaint with proof of sale, clean and dry. In case of repair, the customer can not demand a refund of cash. If there is no possibility of exchange (eg due to stock being exhausted), the Seller will offer an exchange for another alternative product currently available in the store or refund any transaction costs incurred by the Buyer.

Not covered by warranty:

  • normal wear and tear,
  • damage due to improper use,
  • mechanical damage,
  • damage due to improper care and poor maintenance,
  • discoloration,
  • water or rain damage,
  • differences in the color and structure of the leather, as well as wrinkles formed during use due to the natural properties of leather,
  • damage due to improper fit,
  • modification or alterations of the product,
  • damage due to improper storage,
  • comfort.

The cost of sending the parcel is covered by the customer. We do not accept parcels labelled COD (cash on delivery).
The packaging and the method of transporting the returned item should correspond to the properties of the product. The product should be properly packed and secured (the item should be packed in a box then wrapped in foil and taped).

In accordance with the applicable provisions of the Act on Consumer Rights of 30/05/2014 (Journal of Laws of 2014, No. 827), when buying online, the Buyer has the right to return the goods without giving a reason within 14 days from the date of purchase.

The return applies only to unused products that do not carry signs of use such as: dents and signs of use on the sole, scratches, abrasions and dirt of the sole, impurities of the lining or the face material, etc.

The Buyer’s return is done by completing the return / exchange form available at www.hepcats.pl and sending the product along with the purchase receipt to the following address: Hepcats Bogna Jabłońska, Opoczyńska 4b / 5, 02-526 Warsaw. The cost of sending the parcel is covered by the customer. We do not accept parcels labelled COD (cash on delivery).

The refund takes place within 7 days, in accordance with the payment method at the time of purchase.

The costs related to the return are borne by the Buyer.

Exchange

If, despite placing an order for the size appropriate for the Buyer, the goods turn out to be too small or too big, the Buyer can exchange such a product:

  • completing the refund / exchange form available at www.hepcats.pl,
  • placing a new order in the online store and declaring willingness to exchange in notes,

The cost of sending the parcel is covered by the customer. We do not accept parcels labelled COD (cash on delivery).

The costs related to the exchange of goods, for reasons attributable to the Seller, shall be borne by the Seller.
The costs related to the exchange of goods, the reasons of which are not attributable to the Seller shall be borne by the Buyer.
